REFUND POLICY

We only accept refunds for items that arrive damaged or stained.

To request a refund, customers must return the item at their own expense. The item must be sent back with all original packaging, including tags, the custom bag and stickers. If any of these are missing, we will not be able to process the refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
